Plunge Beach Resort offers 163 guest rooms and suites across three buildings. Options include Bungalow King rooms with kitchenettes, Ocean View 2 Bedroom Suites with full kitchenettes, and ADA-compliant rooms with roll-in showers. All rooms feature 50' LED HD TVs, mini-fridges, and Aveda or Nectar bath toiletries. Some rooms have furnished balconies with ocean views.
Onsite Dining Options
The resort includes three dining outlets: Bean & Barnacle coffee shop serves Starbucks coffee, breakfast sandwiches, and gelato. Backflip Beach Bar & Kitchen offers street tacos, burgers, and rum cocktails by the pool. Octopus Gastro Pub provides seafood bites and specialty drinks in the evening.
Beach & Pool Access
Guests have direct access to the Atlantic Ocean beach with provided chairs and umbrellas. The resort features two pools, including an adults-only pool for Bungalow guests. Weekly activities include beach yoga, live music, and guided scuba dives (available through a package). A 24-hour fitness center is available.
Lauderdale-by-the-Sea Location
The resort is oceanfront on A1A, half a mile north of Anglin's Fishing Pier. It's a 5-minute walk to Lauderdale-by-the-Sea's bars, surf shops, and live music venues. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is 25 minutes away by car.
